Thanks for the article, it’s about time their was a healthy counterpart to all the Soft-Bashing we see at this time of year around CES. She makes some great arguments, I only wish she could have spoken somewhat at arms length, instead of talking about ‘we’ when she should have said ‘Microsoft’
I’m my opinion you lose some credibility illustrating that you are employed by MS.
Otherwise great information and numbers I haven’t seen…
